John Smith
Property Manager
John Smith serves as Property Manager of ACME Towers. Mr. Smith joined the company as Assitant Manager in 1985 and assumed management responsibility for the Finance and Administration functions in November 1990. John brings more than 20 years of experience to ACME Towers with a strong background in manufacturing, quality and customer support. Prior to joining ACME Towers, Mr. Smith was Senior Director of Operations for Motorola, Inc.'s Seattle facility where he was responsible the day to day functioning of the building. Prior to that assignment, Mr. Smith held a number of increasingly responsible positions at Motorola, Codex Corporation, and Chamberlain Manufacturing. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington.

Heidi Adams
Assistant Property Manager
Heidi Adams brings to her position a powerful combination of marketing and management expertise. Starting her real estate career in 1986, she has successfully marketed properties for both independent developers as well as major companies before moving into property management in 1987. As a property manager, Ms. Adams has developed broad experience in the management of commercial properties. Her responsibilities have included the management of as much as 400,000 square feet of commercial space, as well as numerous specialty services including full service executive suites, medical office buildings, retail centers, and general office buildings. Heidi earned her Certified Property Manager designation in 1994. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Los Angeles.
